How do I place an order on Flexy Bay?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and confirm your order.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Additional online payment options may be added in the future.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery times may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
Which courier company do you use?
We primarily use Leopards Courier to ensure reliable nationwide delivery.
What if my order is delayed?
Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines depend on the courier service. Flexy Bay is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to product condition and approval. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
How will I receive my refund?
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after product inspection and approval.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. Used or opened earphones, earbuds, and in-ear accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
