Once an order is dispatched, shipment tracking and delivery updates are handled by the courier service.
3) Order Processing
- Orders are processed after confirmation
- Customers may be contacted via phone or WhatsApp to verify order details
- Orders are dispatched on working days only (excluding public holidays)
4) Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities / remote areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier operations.
5) Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout
- Charges may vary based on location, package size, or promotions
- Any applicable shipping fee must be paid along with the order
6) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations
- Customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions
7) Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If delivery fails due to:

- Customer unavailability
- Phone number not reachable
The order may be:
- Reattempted (where possible), or
- Cancelled and returned to origin
8) Courier Delay Disclaimer
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, Flexy Bay is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, route disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
9) Damaged or Missing Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share order details and supporting images
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
